Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small head of green cabbage, finely shredded
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic.
Add the shredded cabbage and toss well to coat in the garlic oil. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, then taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
Slice the cooked chicken and serve over the sautéed garlic cabbage. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Tips:
Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Serve with cauliflower rice for a low-carb meal prep idea.
