These Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer, combining savory sausage, creamy cheese, and the zesty kick of Rotel tomatoes and chilies. With just a few ingredients and easy steps, they’re perfect for parties, potlucks, or game day. The blend of garlic and smoked paprika adds a burst of flavor in every bite. Serve them warm with ranch dressing or hot sauce for an irresistible dipping experience. Ready in just 35 minutes, they’re a quick and delicious treat everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)

    8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix (or any pancake/baking mix)

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Optional: Ranch dressing or hot sauce for dipping

    Instructions:

    Preheat Your Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.

    Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar, Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until fully blended.

    Shape the Sausage Balls
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each ball.

    Bake to Perfection
Bake the sausage balls in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and are thoroughly cooked.

    Serve and Enjoy
Let the sausage balls cool slightly before serving. Pair them with ranch dressing or your favorite hot sauce for dipping!
