    Rice Krispie Peanut Butter Balls:

    Ingredients:
    – 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
    – 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    – 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    – 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted for dipping
    – Optional: Sprinkles or crushed peanuts for decoration

    Directions:
    1. Mixing: In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined and sticks together.

    2. Shaping: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    3. Chill: Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm them up.

    4. Chocolate Coating: Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to ensure even coating. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.

    5. Optional Decoration: If desired, immediately sprinkle decorative sprinkles or crushed peanuts over the chocolate-coated balls while the chocolate is still wet.

    6. Final Chill: Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.

    7. Serving: Serve the chilled or at room temperature for a delightful sweet and crunchy treat!
