Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
– 2 cups drained crushed pineapple
– 2 cups shredded coconut
– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup pineapple juice
– 1/4 cup optional coconut rum
– 2 cups thawed whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Directions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to create a graham cracker crust.
