4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Make the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle in the yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. Stir in melted butter, egg, vanilla, red food coloring, cocoa powder, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle with the sugar-cocoa mixture.
3. Form Rolls: Tightly roll the dough and slice into 12 even rolls. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
