Ingredients:
Cake Layers:
– 1 Recipe Bakery-Style Yellow Cake
– 1 Recipe Fudge Brownies
– 1 Recipe Cream Cheese Icing
Ganache (Optional):
– 4 ounces vegan chocolate
– 6 tablespoons plant-based milk
Garnish:
– 1/2 cup cacao nibs (optional)
– 4 ounces fresh raspberries
Raspberry Sauce:
– 12 ounces fresh or frozen raspberries
– 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (optional)
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line three 7-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
Bake the Yellow Cake: Prepare the Bakery-Style Yellow Cake as directed, dividing the batter evenly between the three pans. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then allow the cakes to cool completely.
