Ingredients:

1½ pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can white sweet corn, drained
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 (1.5 oz) packet taco seasoning
1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix

Directions:

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, cumin, pepper, and salt over medium heat for 7–10 minutes, until the beef is browned and veggies are soft. Drain excess grease.

Transfer beef mixture into a slow cooker (3-quart or larger). Add beans, corn, tomatoes, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix. Stir well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours. Stir occasionally for rich, blended flavors.

Ladle hot soup into bowls and top with:
