    Pomegranate Orange Arugula Salad

    A fresh, vibrant, antioxidant-packed salad bursting with sweet citrus, juicy pomegranate gems, creamy feta, and crunchy nuts.

    Ingredients:

    For the Salad
    4 cups fresh arugula
    1 orange, peeled and segmented
    ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
    ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

    For the Dressing
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh orange juice
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp honey or maple syrup
