    Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe

    Ingredients:

    Base:

    2 cups cornstarch biscuits (or graham crackers)

    1/2 cup melted butter

    Cheesecake Filling:

    2 cups cream cheese, softened

    1 cup granulated sugar

    2 cups crushed pineapple, well-drained

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

    Instructions:
