    Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

    These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack crispy on the outside, gooey and cheesy on the inside, with a rich garlic-butter coating that melts in your mouth. Perfect as an easy appetizer, party snack, or quick side dish, these cheese bombs require minimal effort and deliver maximum flavor.

    Ingredients:

    1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Open the Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit gently.

    Add a spoonful of mozzarella cheese to the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal.

    Roll each filled biscuit into a smooth ball, then dip into the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.

    Arrange the cheese bombs onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and fluffy.

    Brush with extra garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm for maximum gooeyness!
