    This Philly Cheesesteak Pasta combines the savory flavors of tender beef, sautéed peppers, and onions with a creamy, cheesy sauce.     Ingredients for Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended)

    1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin for best results)

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 small onion, diced

    1 small green bell pepper, diced

    1 small red bell pepper, diced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

     

    Step-by-Step Directions for Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    1. Prepare the Pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    2. Cook the Beef:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Veggies:
    In the same skillet, sauté diced onion, green and red bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

    4. Make the Sauce:
    Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let the mixture simmer gently.

    5. Melt the Cheese:
    Gradually stir in the provolone and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

    6. Combine Ingredients:
    Add the cooked pasta and beef back into the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the cheesy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    7. Serve and Garnish:
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and serve the Philly Cheesesteak Pasta hot.
