    Satisfy your cheesesteak cravings with this creamy, cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Pasta loaded with tender beef, sautéed peppers, and a rich, savory sauce. This easy weeknight dinner is packed with bold flavors and will be a hit with the whole family!

    Ingredients for the Best Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    1 lb pasta (penne or rigatoni for the perfect bite!)
    1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup beef broth for rich flavor
    1 cup heavy cream for a luscious texture
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for a deep umami kick
    1 cup shredded provolone cheese
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for gooey goodness
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

    How to Make the Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    Cook the Pasta

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    Cook penne or rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sear the Beef

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

    Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

    Sauté the Veggies

    In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.

    Add onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and minced garlic.

    Sauté until the veggies are tender and the onions turn translucent (5-7 minutes).

    Make the Creamy Cheesesteak Sauce

    Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir everything together and bring to a simmer.

    Combine Everything & Melt the Cheese!

    Return the cooked beef to the skillet.

    Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.

    Stir in provolone and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

    Serve & Enjoy!

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
