1 egg, beaten

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (adds creamy flavor & calcium)
Additional provolone slices for topping
Pantry & Seasoning
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
