Philly Cheesesteak Casserole Bake

It’s a one-pan meal packed with ground beef, sautéed peppers, onions, melty provolone cheese, and creamy goodness. Perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, or your next comfort food craving!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup beef broth
Optional: crushed red pepper for heat
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add olive oil, then sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5–7 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Return ground beef to skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
5. Lower the heat, then mix in cream cheese and beef broth until the mixture becomes rich and creamy.
6. Transfer everything into a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
7. Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot! Delicious on its own or with hoagie rolls, rice, or pasta.
