Indulge in the delightful flavors of a Swedish meatball noodle bake, boasting perfectly cooked noodles and savory meatballs enveloped in a creamy sauce.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb pre-cooked Swedish meatballs
    – 1 cup sour cream
    – 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 1 onion, finely chopped
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    – 2 tbsp butter
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.

    4. Add pre-cooked Swedish meatballs to the skillet and heat through.

    5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

    6. Combine the meatball mixture with cooked noodles and transfer to a baking dish.

    7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.

    8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
