    For the Keto Almond Crust
    1¼ cups almond flour
    ¼ cup brown sugar substitute (Swerve)

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    3 tablespoons butter, melted

    1 cup powdered sugar substitute (Swerve)
    ¼ cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Step 1: Prepare the Keto Crust
    In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, brown sugar substitute, granulated sugar substitute, cinnamon, and salt.
    Add the melted butter and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
    Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.
    Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.

    Step 2: Whip the Cream
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
    Set aside in the refrigerator to keep cold.

    Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling
    In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    Add the powdered sugar substitute, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
    Beat until fully combined and silky smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

    Step 4: Combine & Fill
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
    Mix just until fully incorporated do not overmix.
    Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

    Step 5: Chill & Set
    Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
    Once fully set, remove from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
