    Ingredients:

    1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

    1 ½ cups granulated sugar

    3 large eggs

    1 cup milk

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    For the Peach Topping:

    4 cups fresh sliced peaches (or use canned peaches, well-drained)

    1 cup brown sugar

    ½ cup all-purpose flour

    ½ cup rolled oats

    ¼ cup melted unsalted butter

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan thoroughly.

    2. Make the Cake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

    3. Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, until fully combined.

    4. Prepare the Peach Topping: Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the cake batter. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, oats, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.

    5. Bake the Cake: Place the cake in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
