    Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts

    The ultimate dessert mashup fluffy fried donuts filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet peach cobbler! These indulgent donuts combine the buttery flavor of homemade peach cobbler with the rich creaminess of cheesecake, all tucked inside a golden, crispy donut. Perfect for brunch, summer parties, or anytime you crave a bite of comfort and sweetness.

    Ingredients:

    For the Donuts
    1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
    Vegetable oil, for frying (about 2–3 cups, or enough for 2–3 inches in a heavy pot)
    Peach Cobbler Filling
    1 (15 oz) can peach slices in syrup, drained and chopped (or 1½ cups fresh peaches)
    ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp water
    Cheesecake Filling
    8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
    ¼ cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    ¼ cup heavy cream
    Topping & Finish
    ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
    ¼ cup simple glaze (½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tsp milk)
    Pinch of ground cinnamon

    Instructions:

    In a small saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 3–4 minutes over medium heat until softened. Stir in a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water) and cook 2–3 more minutes until thickened. Cool completely.

    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and whip until light and fluffy. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.

    Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Cut a 1-inch hole in each biscuit to form donut rings. Fry 2–3 donuts at a time for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain and cool slightly.

    Slice each donut in half. Pipe or spread a layer of cheesecake filling, add a spoonful of peach cobbler filling, and top with the other half.

    Drizzle with glaze, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, and dust lightly with cinnamon. Enjoy warm or chilled!
