Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

4 chicken cutlets (thinly sliced)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Italian style recommended)

1 large egg

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cracked black pepper & chopped parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken:
Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Dip each in the beaten egg, then coat with a mix of Parmesan and breadcrumbs.

2. Cook the cutlets:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened, then whisk in Parmesan.

4. Serve:
Spoon the warm garlic cream sauce over the crispy chicken. Garnish with cracked black pepper and fresh parsley.
