Ingredients:

2 packages Oreo cookies (with cream, crushed into a fine powder)
2–3 tbsp milk (for kneading)
For the Cheesecake Cream
200 g cream cheese
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp cream or milk
Fruit Filling
Banana, strawberry, or any fruit you prefer (cut into long strips)
Toppings
Melted chocolate (optional)
Mini Oreo crumbs
Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Place the Oreos in a food processor and blend until you get a fine crumb “flour.”
Add the milk and knead until a soft, smooth dough forms.
Roll out the dough between plastic wrap to create a thin rectangle.
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cream or milk to reach a spreadable texture.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the rolled-out Oreo base.
Place your fruit strips along one end of the Oreo sheet.
Use the plastic wrap to help roll the Oreo layer over the fruit.
Roll tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Slice into sushi-style pieces using a sharp knife.
Drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle mini Oreo crumbs, or dust with powdered sugar.
Serve chilled for the best flavor.
Optional: Pair with white chocolate sauce for extra indulgence!
