One-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Optional Add-ins: Cooked noodles (lo mein, ramen, or spaghetti), green onions, sesame seeds, or steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
3. Stir in the garlic and chopped onion, cooking for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
5. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and stir well to coat. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened slightly.
6. Add your choice of cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until evenly coated.
