    One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Spinach

    Looking for a creamy one-pan chicken recipe that’s bursting with flavor? This One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Spinach is the ultimate comfort food! Juicy chicken breasts are cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce with melted Parmesan and tender spinach perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or an impressive meal for guests!

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cups fresh spinach

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1 Sear the Chicken:

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.
    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    Cook each side for 6–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    2 Sauté the Garlic:

    In the same pan, add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    3 Deglaze the Pan:

    Pour in the chicken broth. Scrape up any brown bits for extra flavor and bring to a simmer.

    4 Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

    Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until fully melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.

    5 Add the Spinach:

    Toss in fresh spinach. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted.

    6 Return Chicken & Finish:

    Place the chicken back into the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

    7 Garnish & Serve:

    Top with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice!

    Recipe Tips:

    Swap spinach for kale or sun-dried tomatoes for a twist.

    Make it keto by serving with cauliflower rice.

    Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
