    Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies the Whole Family Will Love

    Ingredients:

    – 1 cup quick oats
    – 2 ripe bananas
    – 1/2 cup chopped raw walnuts
    – 1/4 cup chocolate chips
    – 1/4 cup dried cranberries
    – 1 tbsp chia seeds
    – 1 tbsp all-natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter

     

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven:
    – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Mash Bananas:
    – Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

     

    3. Combine Ingredients:
    – In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, quick oats, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chia seeds, and peanut butter. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    4. Form Cookies:
    – Using a heaping tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper, forming cookie shapes.

     

    5. Bake:
    – Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.

    6. Cool and Enjoy:
    – Let the cookies cool, then enjoy these delicious and healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies.
