    No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake: A Sweet Delight

    No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake: A Sweet Delight

    Ingredients

    For the Crust:
    – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

    For the Cheesecake Layer:
    – 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
    – 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

    For the Banana Layer:
    – 3-4 bananas, sliced

    For the Toppings:
    – 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
    – 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
    – 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
    – 1 cup whipped cream
    – ¼ cup chopped walnuts
    – Maraschino cherries, for garnish

    Method

    1: Prepare the Crust
    – In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
    – Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    – Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

    2: Make the Cheesecake Layer
    – In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
    – Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
    – In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    – Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
    – Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the chilled crust.

    3: Add the Banana Layer
    – Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the cheesecake layer.

    4: Add the Toppings
    – Spread drained crushed pineapple evenly over the banana layer.
    – Arrange sliced strawberries over the pineapple layer.
    – Drizzle warmed hot fudge sauce over the top.
    – Spread whipped cream over the fudge sauce.
    – Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with maraschino cherries.
