New Orleans Shrimp and Corn Bisque

Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (add more for extra heat)
3 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
4 cups chicken or seafood broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
In a large pot, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft and fragrant.
