    My Viral Chocolate Muffin Time!

    My Viral Chocolate Muffin Time!

Moist and extremely chocolatey! Perfect with a cup of coffee, best friend!

    Ingredients:
    – 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour – Provides structure to your muffins.
    – 2/3 cup cocoa powder – Adds rich chocolate flavor.
    – 1 cup sugar – Sweetens the muffins perfectly.
    – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – Helps the muffins rise.
    – 1 tsp baking soda – Works with the baking powder for a good rise.
    – 3/4 tsp salt – Enhances the overall flavor.
    – 2 eggs – Binds the ingredients and adds richness.
    – 3/4 cup yogurt – Keeps the muffins moist.
    – 1/2 cup milk – Adds to the moisture and texture.
    – 2 tsp vanilla extract – Infuses a wonderful aroma.
    – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – Makes the muffins tender.
    – 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – Adds bursts of chocolate in every bite.
    – 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder – Enhances the chocolate flavor.

    Instructions:
    1. Prepare Dry Ingredients: Sift and mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a bowl.
    2. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil).
    3. Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    4. Fill Muffin Pan: Scoop the batter into a muffin or cupcake pan lined with muffin liners. Top each muffin with additional chocolate chips for extra chocolaty goodness.
    5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 450°F and bake for 6 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Enjoy these moist, chocolatey muffins that are perfect with a cup of coffee!
