Modified Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups wheat flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Gradually add wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
3. Grease a baking mold with butter and pour in the cake batter.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 40 minutes.
5. After baking, moisten the cake with simple chocolate syrup (1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, mixed together).
Mousse Ingredients:
– 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
– 1 can condensed milk
– 1/2 can cream
– 1 cup powdered milk
Mousse Preparation Method:
1. In a blender, combine passion fruit juice, condensed milk, cream, and powdered milk.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mousse over the cooled cake.
4. Allow it to set for 3 hours before serving. Enjoy!
