Ingredients:
3 pounds of chicken thighs, drumsticks, or chicken breasts
6 pepperoncini peppers (just the peppers no juice)
2 packets (1 oz each) au jus gravy mix
1 packet (0.4 oz) buttermilk ranch dressing mix
1 stick salted butter (like Land O’Lakes), chopped into pieces
Instructions:
- Place your chicken (thighs, legs, or breasts) into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus mix and ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
- Chop up the salted butter and scatter it over the top.
