Mini Meat Loaves

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4C Milk
  • 1C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2C Chopped Onion
  • 1/2C Dry Oatmeal
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Ground Beef

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Let’s get started therecipe:

Mix ingredients together in order given and shape into 4 loaves

Topping

Combine 1/2CKetchup with 1/2Cup Brown Sugar and 1tsp Mustard. Top each loaf completely and bake @350 for 45Min.

Notes: You can use Ground Turkey but omit or reduce the milk.

I like to put my loaves in a rack over a foil lined pan. It allows the grease to drain away and makes clean up a breeze.

 

I love making meatloaf like this- easy to freeze and pop one or two out for easy meals. I use bread instead of oatmeal though.

Just another option.

 

They slice great for sandwiches if you have leftovers
