Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 Tbsp dried)
½ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli (keep frozen)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Brown the meat: In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and set aside.
3. Mix the creamy filling: In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder until smooth. Add frozen cheese ravioli and gently toss to coat.
