    Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

     

    Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

     

    Indulge in this cheesy, comforting, and easy-to-make Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole! Packed with layers of rich marinara sauce, melty mozzarella, creamy ricotta, and tender ravioli, this dish is a family favorite for busy weeknights or special gatherings.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 small onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

    1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes

    1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli

    1 cup ricotta cheese

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    Preheat & Prep:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    Cook the Meat Sauce:

    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

    Drain excess fat, then add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

    Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

    Layer the Casserole:

    Spread a layer of meat sauce in the baking dish.

    Top with half of the frozen cheese ravioli.

    Add half of the ricotta cheese in dollops, then sprinkle with mozzarella.

    Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

    Bake to Perfection:

    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

    Serve & Enjoy!

    Let the ravioli casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

    Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for a restaurant-quality finish!
