    Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

    1 lb Italian sausage

    1 (28-oz) jar spaghetti sauce

    1 cup cottage cheese

    1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

    ¼ cup sour cream

    2 Tbsp parsley, chopped

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 (25-oz) package frozen cheese ravioli

    2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    2. Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage until it’s crumbly and cooked through. Drain any excess grease to keep your casserole from becoming too oily. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and remove from heat. This meaty sauce adds a hearty, savory flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy layers.

    3. Combine Cheeses and Ravioli: In a large mixing bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This cheesy filling is what gives the casserole its million-dollar taste! Next, gently fold in the frozen cheese ravioli until they’re evenly coated with the cheese mixture.
