Meatballs with mushrooms 

INGREDIENTS:

  •  500 g minced meat
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small chopped green onion
  • 1 case chopped parsley
  •  2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 cases breadcrumbs
  • 2 cases grated cheese
  •  Salt, black pepper,
  • cumin, 1/2 crumbled chicken cube, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cases of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Let’s get started the recipe:Mix well and shape sticks, set aside.

In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil with 2 tbsp of butter then fry the meatballs for a few minutes.

Brown them then add the mushrooms. Mix well then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 case cornstarch, 1 case liquid fresh cream, pepper, a pinch of salt. Pour over the meat, sprinkle with parsley, cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce and serveThe recipe is ready to be enjoyed.
