INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of meat
- teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of cornstarch
- Some oil
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
INSTRUCTIONS:
For this recipe, we will need 500 g of meat, cut it into pieces
this way.
Put the meat in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one egg, one tablespoon of cornstarch and stir to combine.
In a bowl, add one tablespoon of cornstarch, water and stir until smooth.
In a pan, add oil, then the pieces of meat, and let the meat fry.
And as it’s frying, turn it over to evenly fry it on both sides.
Now that it’s fried, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add one bell pepper, one onion and saute.
After that put the meat back in the pan and stir it with the onion and the bell pepper.
Now add salt to taste, black pepper to taste, three garlic cloves, water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, the cornstarch that we mixed with the water
before and stir until you get a thick sauce.
