    Ingredients:

    For the Pizza Tacos:

    – 1 lb lean ground beef (opt for a lower-fat option for heart health)
    – 1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled (consider turkey sausage for a lighter alternative)
    – 1/2 lb turkey pepperoni slices (lower in fat compared to traditional pepperoni)
    – 1/2 cup sliced black olives (rich in healthy fats)
    – 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (for reduced saturated fat)
    – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (reduced-fat version)
    – 1 cup low-sodium pizza sauce (helps manage blood pressure)
    – 8 small whole-wheat flour tortillas (higher in fiber for digestive health)
    – 1 teaspoon dried oregano (may support heart health)
    – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (contains compounds beneficial for immune support)
    – Salt and pepper, to taste (use sea salt for added minerals)

    For the Garnish:

    – Fresh basil leaves, chopped (a source of antioxidants)
    – Grated Parmesan cheese (use sparingly for flavor without excess fat)
    – Red pepper flakes (optional, can boost metabolism)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Meat:

    – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef and turkey sausage until fully browned. Drain any excess fat to keep it heart-friendly.
    – Add the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

    2. Prepare the Tacos:

    – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    – Spread a thin layer of low-sodium pizza sauce on each whole-wheat tortilla.
    – Evenly distribute the cooked meat mixture over the tortillas.
