Ingredients:
For the Cheeseburger Bombs:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small cubes of cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
Sesame seeds (for topping)
For the Big Mac Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper.
3. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a thin round. Place one cube of cheddar cheese and a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center.
4. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. In a bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth.
7. Serve warm with dipping sauce for the ultimate cheeseburger experience!
