    Loaded Cajun Alfredo Tortellini Skillet

    This Loaded Cajun Alfredo Tortellini Skillet is a bold, creamy, and satisfying one-pan dinner recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender cheese tortellini, juicy Cajun-seasoned chicken, and colorful vegetables are tossed in a rich homemade Cajun Alfredo sauce ready in just 30 minutes.     Ingredients:

    For the Pasta & Chicken
    20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
    1 lb chicken breast or thighs, bite-sized
    1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus more to taste)
    Salt, black pepper, garlic powder (to season)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    For the Cajun Alfredo Sauce
    3 tbsp butter
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 cup baby spinach (optional)
    ¾ cup heavy cream
    ½ cup milk or chicken broth
    ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, extra creamy)
    Optional Garnishes
    Red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, cracked black pepper

    Directions:

    Boil tortellini in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red bell pepper; sauté 3–4 minutes until fragrant and tender.

    Stir in heavy cream and milk (or broth). Bring to a gentle simmer, then add Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Add spinach if using.

    Add cooked tortellini and chicken back to the skillet. Toss until fully coated. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    Top with mozzarella, red pepper flakes, parsley, and cracked black pepper. Serve hot.
