INGREDIENTS:
- ½ c soft butter
- ¾ c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ c flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- zest of a lemon
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- Trim
- Juice of a lemon
- ¼ cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Let’s get started the recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat butter with sugar & eggs.
Adding flour, baking powder also lemon zest with the milk.
Adding blueberries. Placing in a greased loaf pan. Baking at 350°F for 60 min.
Pour filling over the top when bread is still warm.
