    Korean Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

     

    Korean Glazed Chicken Drumsticks πŸ—πŸ‡°πŸ‡·

    Ingredients:
    – 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    – 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    – 1/2 cup soy sauce
    – 1/2 cup rice vinegar
    – 3/4 cup brown sugar
    – 6 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    – 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    – 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    – 8 chicken drumsticks
    – Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together sesame oil and cornstarch.
    3. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, ground ginger, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes.
    4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
    5. Spray a 4-sided baking sheet or a 9×13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the drumsticks on the pan and brush them with the prepared sauce.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
    7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
