    Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken

    Enjoy this Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken, a low-carb, high-protein meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep! Tender chicken breasts are coated in a rich garlic and Parmesan crust, baked to golden perfection, making it a healthy, keto-friendly, and satisfying dinner option.

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp black pepper
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Directions:

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
    Season the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Rub evenly over both sides of the chicken.
    Prepare Parmesan Coating: In another bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter. Stir until well coated.
    Coat the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish. Spoon the Parmesan mixture over each piece, covering thoroughly.
    Bake to Perfection: Bake 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden and crispy.
