    Keto Chocolate Fudge Loaf Cake – Ultra-Moist Low-Carb Chocolate Dessert

    Ingredients for Keto Chocolate Fudge Loaf Cake
    For the Keto Chocolate Cake Batter
    1 ½ cups almond flour

    ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    ¼ cup coconut flour

    1 tbsp instant espresso powder (optional, boosts deep chocolate flavor)

    1 tsp baking powder

    ½ tsp baking soda

    ¼ tsp salt

    4 large eggs, room temperature

    ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (or coconut oil for dairy-free option)

    ½ cup powdered erythritol (Swerve, Monk Fruit, or any keto sweetener)

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

    ⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional for an extra fudge layer)

    For the Keto Chocolate Ganache Glaze
    ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

    ¼ cup heavy cream

    1 tbsp butter

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    How to Make the Best Keto Chocolate Fudge Loaf Cake
    1. Preheat & Prepare the Pan
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

    2. Mix the Keto Cake Batter
    In a large bowl, whisk together:

    almond flour

    coconut flour

    cocoa powder

    espresso powder

    baking powder

    baking soda

    salt

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, erythritol, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.

    Combine the dry and wet ingredients, mixing until a thick, rich batter forms.
    Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips for extra fudginess.

    3. Bake the Keto Chocolate Loaf
    Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
    Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
