Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
1 prime rib roast (4–5 lbs, bone-in or boneless)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
