    2 tbsp butter

    2 tbsp all-purpose flour

    2 cups beef broth

    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    ½ tsp salt

    ¼ tsp black pepper

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    How to Make Juicy Hamburger Steaks with Onion Gravy

    1. Prepare the Hamburger Steak Patties

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    2. Mix gently until everything is incorporated—avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.
