    These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a delicious twist on a classic comfort food! Made with juicy ground chicken, aromatic garlic, and savory Parmesan cheese, they’re bursting with flavor in every bite. Perfect for busy weeknights, these mini meatloaves are quick to prepare and bake in under 30 minutes. The buttery garlic-Parmesan topping adds a golden, flavorful crust that’s simply irresistible. Serve with your favorite sides for a family-friendly meal that everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground chicken

    ½ cup breadcrumbs

    ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 egg, beaten

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    2 tbsp butter, melted (for topping)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Flavorful Mixture

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined for a tender meatloaf texture.

    2. Shape Mini Loaves

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a mini loaf. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each loaf for even cooking.

    3. Add the Garlic Parmesan Topping

    In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Generously brush this buttery topping over each meatloaf for an extra burst of flavor.

    4. Bake to Golden Perfection

    Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown on top. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

    5. Rest and Serve

    Allow the meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
