    Ingredients:

    For the Meatballs:

    1 lb ground beef

    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 egg

    1/4 cup ketchup

    1/4 cup chopped onion

    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    For the Sauce:

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 tsp dried oregano

    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    For the Pasta:

    1 lb spaghetti

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, ketchup, chopped onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small, bite-sized meatballs.

    2. Cook the Meatballs: In a skillet over medium heat, cook meatballs until browned and thoroughly cooked. Set aside.

    3. Make the Sauce: In a pot, mix together the tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

    4. Cook the Spaghetti: Follow package instructions to cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    5. Assemble the Stack: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, meatballs, and sauce. Repeat the layers.

    6. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    7. Serve & Enjoy: Serve your Italian Meatball Spaghetti Stack hot, topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.

    Tips:

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce or meatballs for extra heat.

Incorporate veggies like spinach or mushrooms for more flavor and texture.

Pair with a fresh salad or garlic bread for the ultimate Italian dinner experience.

Enjoy this hearty Italian Meatball Spaghetti Stack an irresistible family favorite that’s easy to prepare and perfect for cozy nights!
