    Irresistible Vanilla Cream-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

    Description: Treat yourself to the ultimate indulgence with these decadent Vanilla Cream-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes! Rich cocoa-infused cake envelops a luscious vanilla cream filling, topped with a smooth ganache for an unforgettable dessert experience.

    Ingredients:

    *For the cupcakes:
    – 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    – 1 teaspoon baking soda
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1 cup water
    – 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    – 1 tablespoon vinegar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    *For the vanilla cream filling:*
    – 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    – 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    *For the ganache topping:*
    – 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    – 1/2 cup heavy cream

    Directions:

    1. **Preheat oven** to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

    2. In a large bowl, **whisk together** flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

    3. **Add** water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain.

    4. **Fill** each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    5. **Allow cupcakes** to cool completely.

    6. Meanwhile, **prepare** the vanilla cream filling by whipping heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

    7. **Cut** a small hole in the top of each cupcake. Fill each cavity with the prepared vanilla cream filling using a piping bag or spoon.

    8. For the ganache topping, **heat** heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to boil.

    9. **Pour** hot cream over semisweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften the chocolate.

    10. **Stir** ganache mixture until smooth and glossy.

    11. **Dip** the top of each cupcake into the ganache, allowing excess to drip off.

    12. **Refrigerate** cupcakes until ganache is set, approximately 15 minutes.

    13. Serve and savor the delightful contrast of creamy vanilla and rich chocolate in every bite of these irresistible cupcakes!
