    This Irresistible Peach Cobbler Cheesecake combines two classic desserts into one delightful treat.

    Irresistible Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Recipe

    Ingredients

    For the Crust:

    – 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    – ½ cup melted butter

    For the Cheesecake Layer:

    – 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract
    – 3 large eggs
    – ¼ cup sour cream
    – ¼ cup heavy cream

    For the Peach Cobbler Topping:

    – 4-5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    – ½ cup brown sugar
    – 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract
    – 1 tbsp cornstarch

    Method:

    1- Prepare the Crust:

    1- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
    2- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
    3- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
    4- Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

    2- Make the Cheesecake Layer:

    1- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
    2- Add the vanilla extract, then the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    3- Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream until just combined.
    4- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

    3- Prepare the Peach Cobbler Topping:

    1- In a large bowl, combine the peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
    2- Toss until the peaches are well coated.

    4- Assemble and Bake:

    1- Arrange the peach slices evenly over the cheesecake layer.
    2- Bake for 70-75 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
    3- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
