    My grandmother’s recipe for these delicious nougat bars was a staple during the holidays, and they remain a favorite treat. Now, I’m sharing this simple, wholesome version that’s not only delightful but can fit into a balanced diet, perfect for maintaining overall health. These bars, packed with fruits and nuts, offer a dose of essential nutrients. Whether you’re indulging in a moment of sweetness or preparing them as a thoughtful gift, they are sure to bring a smile to anyone who takes a bite! Making healthy choices doesn’t have to be boring!

    Ingredients:

    – 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
    – 2 cups mini marshmallows
    – 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    – 1 cup mixed dried fruits (apricots, cherries, pineapple, papaya)
    – 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop dried fruits and nuts into small, bite-sized pieces to add a nutritious crunch.

    2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. This creamy base ties the health benefits of nuts and fruits together for a delicious result.

    3. Add Marshmallows & Vanilla: Stir in marshmallows and vanilla extract, adding a touch of sweetness while keeping your health goals in mind.
