    This Irresistible Cinnamon Roll Cake combines the comforting flavors of a classic cinnamon roll with the moist, tender texture of a cake.

    Each bite is filled with warm cinnamon and sweet vanilla, topped with a rich, creamy frosting.

    Irresistible Cinnamon Roll Cake

    Ingredients

    For the Cake:

    – 1/2 cup butter, softened
    – 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup sour cream
    – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    – 6 egg whites (save yolks for another use)
    – 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    – 4 teaspoons baking powder
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/2 cup milk
    – 1/2 cup water

    For the Frosting:

    – 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
    – 1 1/2 cups shortening
    – 12 cups powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    – 1/2 cup milk

    For the Cinnamon Drizzle:
    – 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
    – 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    – 2 tablespoons water

    Instructions

    1- Prepare Cake:

    – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour cake pans.
    – Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, then beat in egg whites.
    – In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk and water, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
    – Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    2- Make Frosting:

    – In a large bowl, whip together butter, shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and milk until creamy and smooth.

    3- Assemble Cake:

    – Once cakes are completely cooled, spread a layer of frosting over each cake layer. Stack the layers, frosting between each. Finish with frosting on the top and around the sides.
    – Mix powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water to create the cinnamon drizzle. Drizzle over the top of the cake.
