    Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry Rolls
    1 sheet puff pastry

    150 g cream cheese

    6 tbsp chopped green onions

    200 g smoked salmon slices

    1 egg (for brushing)

    Sesame seeds (for garnish)

    How to Make Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry Rolls (Step-by-Step)
    1. Prepare the Puff Pastry
    Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator and let it rest for 5–10 minutes at room temperature until soft and easy to work with.
    Roll it out gently on a lightly floured surface into a thin, even rectangle.

    2. Make the Cream Cheese Spread
    In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped green onions until smooth.
    Spread this mixture evenly over the entire puff pastry sheet.

    3. Add the Smoked Salmon
    Lay the smoked salmon slices evenly over the cream cheese layer, making sure the entire surface is covered for consistent flavor in every bite.

    4. Roll, Slice, and Bake
